Basic Training:

     Basic Training is supposed to provide an initial glance of the Tiens culture, Business plan and Tiens products to newly joined distributors or prospects such as OPP, NDO, SP. It provides the guidance to start a new journey as a Tiens distributor.

Level Training:

     After going through Basic Training session, Level Training is conducted for the distributor who achieve the rank of 3 starts and above. It is the core part of trainings that comprises of primary level, secondary level, and Tertiary Level and Honorary Level. It encompasses Sales skills, Team Developments, advance product knowledge and so on. Level training is the key to become and outstanding Tiens distributor.

Lecturer Evaluation:

     Tiens Education & Training system selects distributors periodically to authorize them as Tiens lecturer. Distributors can be selected as city level, national level or international level lecturer. To become an authorized Tiens lecturer one should fulfill the following criteria.

     * Should be 6 star and above distributor.

     * Should be in compliance with Business practices and code of conduct.

     * Shall be able to pass the Lecturer evaluation conducted by Tiens Head office.

Special Training:

     Occasionally, Tiens Pakistan holds special trainings such as Stockists Trainings, Leadership Trainings, Marketing skills Trainings and products trainings to equip its distributors with up to date knowledge and skills.

Motivational Trainings:

     Tiens praises its distributors through conducting Business building seminars (BBS), Travel around the world such as in recent years distributors travelled to several destinations including Japan, China, USA and will be in Spain year 2016.

     Under the support of Global direct selling division, Education & Training department has developed the global standards of education system in order to magnify the image of our distributor internationally.
